RETURNS

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

SKATEBOARD (DECKS) POLICY

Due to the nature of skateboards:

  • Decks must be unused and unmounted
  • Any signs of use (scratches, grip applied, trucks installed) will make the item non-returnable
  • We do not accept returns on boards that have been ridden or altered

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by us

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos
  • We’ll resolve it quickly
